Manage Your Booking

You need two things: the six-character booking reference from your confirmation email, and the last name the booking was made under. Both must match exactly — if you booked for someone else, use their last name, not yours.

If the reference has been mistyped a few times we will ask you to wait a few minutes before trying again. That is deliberate: it stops anyone guessing at references and reading other people's itineraries.

Whether a change is possible, and what it costs, depends on the fare you bought. The rules were shown on the fare card when you chose it, and they are repeated on your confirmation.

Changes are not yet available on this website. Call +962 6 550 1760 or write to info@jordanaviation.jo with your reference, and the reservations desk will quote the change before making it.

Your baggage allowance comes with your fare and is printed on your confirmation — Business Class two bags of 20 kg, Economy one bag of 30 kg, Promo two bags of 23 kg, each with 7 kg of cabin baggage.

Extra baggage and paid seats are not yet on sale online. Buying extra baggage before you reach the airport is materially cheaper than buying it at the counter, so it is worth calling ahead rather than waiting.

Most of our fares are non-refundable, and the fare card said so before you bought. Where a refund is due it is returned to the card that paid, less any fee the fare rules set.

A booking that was held but never paid needs no cancelling — it releases itself at the ticket time limit, and nothing is charged. If your booking is in that state, the page above shows you the deadline.
